The second TIFF Nexus conference took place last Friday afternoon at the TIFF Bell Lightbox, where an enthusiastic audience of industry delegates and students of diverse disciplines engaged in a series of fantastic panels and presentations on the theme of Women in Film, Games and New Media. The TIFF Nexus team would like to thank all the incredible speakers, workshop instructors and TIFF Bell Lightbox staff for pulling off an event that managed to stimulate, inspire and run like clockwork. And of course, special mention should be made about TIFF Nexus’ incredible supporters, especially the OMDC and Autodesk, without whom this conference would not have been possible.
For those of you who missed the conference, links to articles about the conference, photos and video excerpts will start popping up on this website over the next few weeks, as well as a full line-up of playable games designed by the participants of the The Difference Engine project.
